1 Introduction

Welcome to vegawin. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and vegawin ("vegawin", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website located at https://vegawin.cam (the "Platform").

4 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the vegawin Platform, a User must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of account use:

4.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age. vegawin operates exclusively for adults. Registration by or on behalf of any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. vegawin may request age verification documents at any time and will suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement is found to be unmet.

4.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

Users must access the Platform from a jurisdiction in which such access is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is the sole responsibility of each User to determine whether access to the Platform is lawful in their location. vegawin makes no representation that access is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

4.3 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to register and maintain one Account only. Accounts must be registered in the User's own true legal name. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, or accounts registered using false or third-party personal information, constitute a material breach of these Terms.

4.4 Prohibited Persons

The following individuals are not permitted to register or maintain an Account:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Employees, contractors, directors or agents of vegawin or its affiliates;
• Persons who have been formally self-excluded or third-party excluded from gambling services;
• Persons whose Accounts have been previously terminated by vegawin for breach of these Terms.

5 Account Registration and Security

5.1 Registration Information

Users must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration, including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address and contact number. Provision of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

5.2 Account Credentials

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password. You must not share login credentials with any third party. vegawin accepts no liability for losses or damages arising from unauthorised access caused by a User's failure to safeguard account credentials.

5.3 Suspicious Activity

Any suspected unauthorised access, security breach or compromise of account credentials must be reported to vegawin support at [email protected] without undue delay. vegawin reserves the right to suspend an Account immediately pending investigation of any reported or suspected security issue.

6 Deposits and Payment Methods

6.1 Accepted Methods

vegawin supports a range of Malaysian and international payment methods including, but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, FPX and select cryptocurrency options including USDT TRC20, Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH). Availability of specific payment channels may vary without notice due to technical or regulatory factors.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply to each payment method and may be subject to change. Typical minimum deposits begin at RM30 for e-wallet transactions and RM100 for bank transfer and cryptocurrency channels. Maximum single-transaction limits may apply and are published within the relevant deposit section.

6.3 Deposit Ownership

All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument that is legally owned and registered in the User's own name. vegawin will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits identified as originating from third-party sources may be reversed and associated accounts suspended.

6.4 Processing Times

E-wallet deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay are typically processed instantly. DuitNow transfers are generally instant. FPX bank transfers may require 5–15 minutes during bank maintenance or verification checks. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network confirmation times, typically 15–30 minutes. vegawin does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Eligibility

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to individual terms and conditions published alongside each offer. vegawin reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus at any time without prior notice, subject to the applicable terms at the time of bonus acceptance.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount, the qualifying deposit, or a combination thereof. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirement completion. 7.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, abuse or circumvent bonus structures — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, low-risk strategies designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements, or any other manipulative method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. vegawin reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings and terminate relevant accounts in such cases.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and associated free rounds are subject to expiry periods as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be removed from User accounts without notice and cannot be reinstated.

8 Withdrawals

8.1 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests will only be processed where the requesting User has completed all applicable KYC requirements, satisfied any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds, remained within applicable withdrawal limits, and maintained their account in good standing.

8.2 Payout Methods and Timelines

Withdrawals will be processed to a payment method registered in the User's own name. vegawin will endeavour to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes associated with each payout method. E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes following approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving bank's internal processing procedures.

8.3 Withdrawal Verification

vegawin reserves the right to require additional verification at the time of a withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified period may result in temporary withholding of the requested funds pending further review.

9 Prohibited Conduct

Users of the vegawin Platform are expressly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct:

• Registering more than one Account or allowing another person to use their Account;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal or payment information;
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting or any form of wagering manipulation;
• Exploiting bugs, errors or technical malfunctions for financial gain;
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected to money laundering or the proceeds of crime;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which such access is legally prohibited;
• Harassing, abusing or threatening vegawin staff, support agents or other Users;
• Circumventing any security, verification or responsible-gambling control implemented by vegawin.

Breach of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances and reporting of relevant activity to applicable regulatory authorities.

10 Intellectual Property

All content published on the vegawin Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, page layouts, logos, iconography, interface design and structural architecture, is the exclusive intellectual property of vegawin or its licensed content suppliers.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and view Platform content for personal, non-commercial information purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, commercial use or systematic extraction of Platform content without the prior written consent of vegawin is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The vegawin Platform and all content published thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. vegawin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical defects.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vegawin and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses arising from Platform use;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a User's account where the User failed to safeguard their credentials;
• Delays, interruptions or inaccuracies arising from third-party payment processors including Malaysian banks, e-wallet providers or cryptocurrency networks;
• Any financial loss resulting from decisions made on the basis of Platform content.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude vegawin's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12 Amendments to These Terms

vegawin reserves the right to revise, supplement or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is the User's responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

Where a proposed amendment materially affects Users' rights or obligations, vegawin will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice through the Platform or by registered email. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13 Responsible Gambling

vegawin is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling among adult Malaysian users. The Platform provides access to account-level tools including deposit limits, session reminders and self-exclusion facilities to support Users in managing their gambling activity.

Gambling is entertainment and should never be used as a method of generating income or recovering financial losses. Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights available to Users under applicable Malaysian consumer protection or data privacy legislation.
